To maintain our high standards of service, we have implemented a nonrefundable booking policy, which applies to all reservations made with us. 1. Nonrefundable Booking: All reservations made with us are nonrefundable. This means that once you've confirmed your booking and provided payment, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows, regardless of the reason. 2. Confirmation of Reservations: To secure your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Please be sure of your travel plans before making a reservation. 3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive at our guesthouse on the scheduled check-in date or do not use your reservation, no refunds or credits will be provided. 4. Cancellation Notifications: While we cannot offer refunds, if you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. While we cannot provide a refund, we may be able to assist you with rescheduling or applying your payment as a credit for a future stay, depending on availability and our discretion. 5. Force Majeure: In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other situations beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to accommodate your needs within reason. We understand that travel plans can be subject to changes and unexpected events.
